Together we’ll create a plan of action to reduce tension and stress, overcome fear, overwhelm and anxiety, and help you regain control of your life.

Dealing with separation and divorce

Relationship breakdowns are never easy. Where do you start? What do you tell the children? How do you prepare them for separation?

Children – even babies – are more sensitive to what’s going on at home than you realise. I’ll help you handle things in a way that reduces their anxiety and keeps sleepless nights and bad behaviour to a minimum. You’ll learn to regain your identity as a single parent, using tools and strategies to build confidence and keep your children feeling safe and happy.

Coping with baby loss, death, depression and anxiety

Over the years I’ve supported many clients through dark and difficult times – and having been through these myself I know first-hand how hard it can be. You may feel hopeless, and each day may fill you with dread or fear. You’re not going crazy, you will find new strength and you will gradually find your way back to health and happiness.

While drugs may help, they’re not a good long-term solution. I’ll be there to support you, to listen, and to remove some of the pressure, to help life seem lighter and more joyful again.
