It’s a dreary start to the week and hard to think spring is just around the corner. Doing something for yourself can brighten up your day.
If you have a child who clings to you and is crying and demanding your attention it’s a drain on energy resources. Going out for a walk even if it’s the last thing you want to do will boost your mood and help your child sleep better.
Look out for the signs notice flowers starting to grow, go grab a coffee and smile at someone who might just make your day.
In order to see changes we have to change first and that’s something your child will pick up on.
It’s the small things in life that count, getting more sleep will help.
If you want my New Baby and Child Sleep Guide email sleep to juliet@sanitynanny.com and I’ll send it over.
