About Juliet Robinson
Understanding babies and young children is not something that comes easily to everyone, for Juliet it was an area that fascinated her as far back as she can recall and it became her gift. Her family work and book have taken her around the world, from London, New York to Australia and New Zealand. Juliet’s been privileged to work in nurseries and for many rich and well known families, helping to teach children to sleep, eat and behave well and learn about life using the Montessori philosophy.
As a child she was sporty, adventurous and loved people and new places. Being a middle child, having a brother and sister close in age, she was dubbed the ‘difficult’ one. Beneath the exterior though was a sensitive soul, who grew up with a dying father suffering with Multiple Sclerosis and an depressed mother who sought refuge in alcohol.
It is through living and working with 1000’s of families and her early childhood experiences that she is able to call upon her intuition and instinctively knows what a young child needs or is trying to express, it is this knack that every exhausted parent wishes for. Juliet enjoys teaching a parent how to calmly support their child with confidence and clarity, and provides peace of mind and reassurance with your own journey.
After studying Childcare and Human development, her career started as a nanny/maternity nurse and later she qualified as a Montessori teacher. She has furthered her career as a Sleep Consultant and Family Lifestyle Mentor, having a particular interest in helping mothers who are feeling anxious and may be suffering post natal depression or those parents who are dealing with extreme stress from baby or child loss.
It is Juliet’s wish to help as many parents as possible across the globe with her holistic advice, amazing insights and personally tailored family lifestyle and childcare programmes.
Why should you work with me?
When you’re not feeling your best, you not able to give your best to your children and family life suffers enormously. The first five years are the hardest, yet they are also the most influential and often confusing. Childcare is often a roller coaster of ups and downs, however unknown to busy parents, many sleepless nights can be avoided by having the right knowledge and adopting professional techniques – This is where Sanity Nanny comes in.
How does it work?
I work with committed, high achieving professionals and entrepreneurs experiencing long and short term sleep issues, on a personally tailored basis. All consultations are confidential.
After receiving an initial enquiry form back or booking an initial phone consultation, we will be able to gain an understanding of your personal requirements and be able to advise you of the most suitable solution for your child/family.
